I am trying to get all my affairs in order for my trip to Nashville for SSK on Wednesday. I probably could have used a couple of extra days off this week to pack and prep, because I got almost nothing done this weekend.
I’m not much of a jam eater, but I think I could eat lots of this delicious jam! Time to look for apricots at the farmer’s market; thanks for a great recipe!
