When I was in school I took some classes in Speed Reading. I was not tremendously successful at this, but as I recall the idea behind it was to skim over the unnecessary words.
I will attempt to share my Speed Weekend and leave out the unnecessary bits.
There was knitting.
There was some football watching!
There was more knitting.
There was some catch up on A Chef’s Life.
And, really – it went just too darn quickly.
How was your weekend?
Your Sigla is B-e-a-utiful! I love the colors you chose and hope you get to enjoy several slowww weekends knitting it. My recent weekends have been so busy catching up that they feel just like weekdays. We need Hermione’s Time Turner!
Weekends always go too quickly for me. It’s difficult to fit everything in when the week is taken up with work. Thanks for the link to A Chef’s Life. I love that show but rarely get to see it.
Sigla is gorgeous! I think you will be done before my yarn even arrives – lol. I need to check out A Chef’s Life. Have you watched Chef’s Table on Netflix? We are loving that show.
Love all of that knitting! Weekends always go by too quickly.
Much the same on the knitting front! The weather was beautiful here. I also enjoyed a few walks and a few more episodes of Call the Midwife!
I love your colors-isn’t this a fun sweater?
My weekend went by in a flash, too. And this week isn’t looking too much better. And that sweater? Oh, Kat! Love it!
the nuns at my school tried to teach us speed reading….I never was great at it. It also stressed me out and I was already a stressed out little girl. Love the sweater in the making, very very pretty 🙂
My weekend was grand and blustery and enjoyable and I love the knitted projects of yours.Fun!
Cheers~
