It was a lazy Sunday here at Casa del KatKnits, it was a rare day off and I caught up on some laundry and a very tiny bit of housework.
And, I baked… yes, that is right, I baked.
I had some bananas that were nicely ripe and found this recipe on the internet, which fit the bill perfectly.
The result was this lovely loaf.
